Who Fulfills Religious Prophecies of the One To Come?
(Last Revised 6-28-2008)
Different religions have different names for the "One To Come," but there will not be a different person to fulfill each prophecy.
One son of man, one servant-messenger fulfills all prophecy, and this time he comes like a thief in the night, to take power away from the pretender to the throne who tries to rule the world with all the monetary and military might at his disposal. And the son of man comes to take power away from all other leaders in the world who have fought for and gained power, and abuse it to further enrich themselves and their wealthy supporters.
The prophesied servant-messenger of God also comes to take away religious myths and false beliefs, and remove the masks and facade behind which evil masquerades.
His work will result in a reformation of both religion and government, and that will take away the ill-gotten financial gains of many of those who now hold enormously excessive wealth, so that it may finally be fairly shared with those who generated the wealth in the first place. For the new reformation will ensure the equality of all citizens, who in the future shall be united and govern themselves, and use the common wealth for the common good.
One son of man fulfills all prophecies, for there will not be one person to fulfill the role of the Moshiach of Judaism, another as the Christ of Christianity; another as the Imam Mahdi of Islam, another as the Buddha Maitreya of Buddhism, another as the Kalki Avatar of Hinduism, another as the Saoshyant of Zoroastrianism, and another as Melchizedek the King of Peace.
Those, after all, are just some of the names attributed to the one that various people expect to come in person, because most religious prophetic traditions include the idea that such a one would come. In fact, most people in the world hope and expect that someone with divine authority and/or great wisdom will deliver the judgment and truth that will edify, counsel and unite humanity, and correct those who have misled us, divided us, and caused such horrible conflict and tribulation in the world.
There is but one messenger who represents all those names. But he does not claim to be "the holy one," because there is but One Holy One, One Lord God, the sole "Lord of Hosts," who is God by any other name. For God is the Great Spirit; the eternal, omnipresent but unseen Supreme Consciousness; the Divine Light-Energy-Source of our existence; and the formless, unspeakable primordial "Word," which was in the beginning and is manifested in all form, and is made flesh in all of us. And the true messenger of God explains how and why that is so.
Now that the world is "smaller" and we have ample ways for communications to reach all humanity, it is only common sense that there is but one authorized messenger for God's Holy Spirit of truth. Otherwise, there would be conflict and chaos, as has been and even now is the case.
There is conflict and division because, as was also foretold and prophesied, there are many pretenders claiming to be the Christ/Avatar/Buddha/ Moshiach, etc. There are also many false prophets who claim to know who the expected one will be, and when and where he will come. And there are many religious bigots and hypocrites who claim to know and serve God/Allah, when they in fact do not.
That is why there are so many erroneous beliefs and expectations, and so many people in conflict who claim that God is on their side.
That is why there is only one person who does fulfill all religious prophecies that foretell the coming of a representative or messenger for Divinity, and the universal message he delivers is relevant to all religions.
However, the modern message from the Spirit of truth uses terminology relating to the three Abrahamic religions, and particularly to the Judeo-Christian traditions, because Judaism is the foundation of both Christianity and Islam, which are the two largest religions in the world.
The message is directed mainly at Christians because Christianity is the largest religion in the world. The last time I checked there are 800 million more Christians than there are Muslims in the world. There are 2.1 billion Christians, while there are 1.3 billion Muslims. The next largest population is about 1.1 billion people who are agnostics or atheists. And among the other religions there are 900 million Hindus, 376 million Buddhists, 23 million Sikhs, 14 million Jews, 7 million Baha'is, 4.2 million Jains, 4 million Shintos, and 2.6 million Zoroastrians.
There are, of course, many other lesser known or smaller religions. And, while the numbers I cited may change and while some sources may vary in their findings, those are basic estimates as far as I can determine.
Because Christianity is the largest religion in the world and Islam is the second largest, and because according to their founders (Jesus and Muhammad) they are both supposed to be related to and compatible with Judaism, I use Judeo-Christian prophetic terminology to explain who I am and what my mission is.
In my books I cite specific, real, literal prophecies in the Bible (as distinguished from symbolic or allegorical prophecies), and here on this web site I cite some of them and paraphrase others to fill in the basic story.
As you will see as I quote chapter and verse, real Judeo-Christian prophecies foretell that the person who fulfills prophecy will be a son of man and a witness and servant of God. He will not exalt himself, and he will certainly not claim he is God. He is from your midst, and of your brethren, but he is chosen by God and bears the testimony of the Christ and the Spirit of truth.
As the Christ Jesus foretold, the signs prior to his coming were and have been wars and rumors of war, while many of the people of the world suffer from the "seven plagues" (diseases, famines, pestilence, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, and droughts) and "many other terrible things." (And I should add that most of this was not God’s doing, but man’s, as Jesus foresaw.)
As the prophet Isaiah foretold, the witness and servant of God will first be stricken and afflicted, be contrite of spirit, and will not rise up or cry out or speak in the streets or in public as an orator. That is, he does not seek personal power from behind a pulpit or podium. Instead, he sends his work before him as a messenger. But, as both Isaiah and Jesus foretold, he is not recognized as a servant of God, and it will be as if he is "hidden." Thus he will first be rejected by his generation and suffer many things, and, because his message is rejected for so long, his faith will waver and he will sometimes fear that all his work has been in vain and for nought.
The message he delivers from the Spirit of truth will issue judgment, empower the people, guide you unto truth, show you things to come, glorify the Great Spirit of the Lord God, the Holy One in heaven, and also glorify the Ancient One, the Oversoul who was before Abraham and Moses, and is the Spirit of the Christ-Avatar-Buddha-Mahdi-Saoshyant-Sage who is in heaven with God.
But, like Jesus, the messenger rejects the throne, and he even avoids being in the public eye. He does not exalt himself, or seek the limelight speaking from behind podiums or pulpits as other leaders do. He instead delivers his work in writing on this web site and in books, because it is the truth, and nothing but the truth, from the Spirit of truth, that will liberate, unite, and empower all human beings on the face of the earth.
When the message he delivers is accepted by enough people in the world, it will enable us to establish fairness and justice, reconcile those in conflict, make amends, establish world peace and turn our "swords into plowshares," cooperate, collaborate and be productive, clean up what spiritually blind man has damaged and made foul, and use the common wealth for the common good.
It will enable us to establish government that is "not left to others," but is truly of, by and for the people, so that we may finally share the "thrones" of each nation as equal joint heirs to a new world "kingdom" where only God and the Ancient One in heaven reigns supreme, in Spirit. As I said, like Jesus, the modern son of man rejects or abdicates the throne, so that all the people may share political power. (See the pages on New Declaration of Independence, and How the Meek Shall Inherit the Earth.)
During the lifetime of this witness-servant-messenger of God, many Jewish people from all over the world will have been able to "go home" to the Land of Israel. (But, even so, they must be aware that their modern State of Israel’s iniquity will not be pardoned until the Israeli government faces the truth and makes amends, as is stated on the page on the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.)
The true servant of God, delivering the prophesied message, will influence the people of every nation to face truths that are eternal, universal and common to all religions, and abandon and be ashamed of their former beliefs (or non-beliefs). When they get the message they will acknowledge that there is One True God. And thus the message will ultimately bring about global peace throughout the world, enabling the meek to inherit the earth, and transform the world into a far more beautiful and productive place for all God’s children to live cooperatively and harmoniously.
Even though all religions will find the message relevant because the real truth is eternal and universal, it is out of necessity designed to target predominantly Christian nations. They, after all, have been and are the most powerful nations in the world, militarily, and over the last sixteen centuries they have added insult to injury, pushing and imposing an erroneous, imperialistic, man-made doctrine of preeminence and superiority in the name of spreading Christianity.
More recently, predominantly Christian nations have created, armed and supported a bully in the modern State of Israel. They have, in fact, enabled Israel's terrible iniquity, and they have antagonized much of Islam. In fact, Jews and Christians have displaced and killed many Muslims, which is why many Muslims hate Jews and Christians. That is why the message is designed to bring a reformation of all religions, particularly of Christianity, Judaism and Islam, to reconcile all religious conflict, and establish the true family of religions.
Therefore it is very important and crucial to understand that the messenger is not God "Himself" and he is not a king. He does not claim divinity for or of himself, nor does he seek personal power or office as head of church or state. He merely delivers the prophesied message from God and the Spirit of truth, because it is the truth, and nothing but the truth, that the world needs.
At this time the messenger is not to be considered as a Christ or a Buddha or an Avatar or a King. He is a spiritually anointed witness of God, but he is merely a messenger and is a fellow servant of God, and not "holier than thou." In fact, he is a prodigal son of man who fell from grace and was stricken and afflicted, and even though he serves as the messenger of God and the Spirit of truth, that does not mean that he is "holy." For only God is the Holy One, and the messenger serves God because he acknowledges the supremacy of God and the fallibility of man, including himself.
"He is my witness and my servant whom I have chosen, so you may know and believe me, and understand that I am the Holy One. Before me there was no God formed, and neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the Lord God, and beside me there is no Savior." (Isaiah 43:10-11)
Contrary to traditional Christian belief, that does not speak of the Christ Jesus, even though Jesus was also a servant of God. It speaks of this witness and servant of God. For according to Jesus himself, the one who will fulfill both the Judaic and Christian prophecies glorifies God the Holy One in heaven, and also glorifies the Christ who is with God in heaven.
You see, the mortal Christ Jesus, also a son of man, spoke of the one to come in several ways, as a son of man who would first be rejected by his generation, and also as a messenger for the Spirit of truth.
However, Jesus spoke of the Spirit of truth in two ways. The first way was as the Spirit who can visit us individually through revelation and epiphany. For Jesus said: "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not and does not know him. But you shall know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you... Yet a little while, and the world sees me no more ... At that day you shall know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you." – John 14:17-20
The other way Jesus spoke of the Spirit of truth was when he spoke of the one who would deliver a message to all humanity. In that instance he spoke of the "Comforter," which is the "Holy Ghost," and also of the Spirit of truth, but in a different way.
Jesus also said: "I tell you the truth; It is to your advantage that I go away: for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in me [or my teachings]; of righteousness, because I go to our Father [to heaven] and you see me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth. For he shall not speak of himself [but serve only as messenger]; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he declare, and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me, for he shall receive of mine, and shall declare it to you." (John 16:7-15)
That clearly reveals that because Jesus had to go away and we would see him no more, he would send someone delivering the message from the Spirit of truth who will issue the judgment, guide humanity unto the truth, show you things to come, and glorify and declare the testimony of the Christ in heaven.
However, while "the Spirit of truth" can influence and inspire individuals through spiritual revelation or epiphany, the Holy Spirit-Consciousness of the Ancient One needs a messenger to convey and deliver the message to all humanity. It couldn’t happen otherwise. And the message reminds all the world of what the enlightened ones taught; to guide us unto the truth, clarify the truth, show us things to come, and deliver the judgment in writing so that the message can be delivered to all humanity.
But again, the messenger is not a leader in the usual sense of the word, and because he readily admits that he is not the Holy One but serves the Holy One, and that he merely shows the way from behind the scenes, people do not believe him and reject him.
Isaiah wrote about that too, and I will show you instances of that. But first please look at how the Christ Jesus spoke of the messenger for the Spirit of truth in other ways as well.
For example, Jesus said: "For as the lightening that lightens one part under heaven shines unto the other part under heaven, so shall also the son of man be in his day. But first he must suffer many things, and be rejected by his generation." (Luke 17:24-25)
Of course, traditional Christian belief is that Jesus was speaking of himself there, but that misunderstanding was because Jesus did speak of himself when he said something very similar. That is, Jesus said of himself: "this son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain."
That is indeed similar, which is why it was assumed that what is written in Luke 17:24-25 (about the son of man first suffering many things and being rejected by his generation) was also about Jesus. But it was not. Granted, Jesus certainly was a son of man. He certainly was rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and he certainly did suffer and was slain as a martyr and sacrificial lamb of God. However, his suffering was not first or beforehand. It was only at the very end of his life and after his mission was fulfilled, whereas the modern son of many has suffered first (and will suffer until humanity gets the message). (See the page titled Author’s Personal Note, which explains the suffering.)
Furthermore, even though Jesus was rejected by those in power (by the elders and chief priests and scribes), he was not rejected by his generation. In fact, Jesus was accepted by multitudes from every generation at the time. That is made clear throughout the book of Matthew and in the book of Luke. It was also confirmed by an impartial Jewish historian, Flavius Josephus, who wrote at the time that Jesus "won over many Jews and many of the Greeks."
Unfortunately, the truth has not been understood because there are certain phrases written in the Christian gospels that have contributed significantly to myth of the "second coming" of the Christ Jesus. Many Christians cling to phrases like those that speak of the Christ’s "appearing," not understanding what they really mean.
For example, one of those phrases says Jesus "will meet us in the air" and quotes Jesus as saying, "If I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again." But, if we examine what he said in context, we can see the real truth, for Jesus immediately added that this "meeting us in the air" and "coming again" would be only "to receive you unto myself, that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:3)
Jesus was not talking about a literal "second coming" on earth, but about the very real spiritual union that takes place between individual souls who have been, to put it in biblical terms, "carried away in spirit to that high and holy place where God inhabits eternity."
As I said on the home page, this experience takes place when you least expect it, when you "lose your self" in some aspect of the divine and are fortuitously blessed with the opening of the "seven seals of revelation" and the seven chakras. It results in the actual epiphany and rapture, the "anointing and baptism" in the Holy Spirit, and real spiritual rebirth. That enables you to fully realize you are spiritually one with God and all humanity.
That is why the Christ Jesus said, "I and my Father are one." That’s why he said the next son of man would say, "As you do unto the least of our brethren, so you do unto me." And that is also why Jesus said when the "Spirit of truth" comes to you, "you shall know that I am in God, and you in me, and I in you." You will know that we are in fact One in the Spirit.
However, it happens to individuals, each in their own time and each in their own way. It is not a collective experience. There will not be a so-called "Rapture of the Church," for while that idea is popular among so-called "born-again Christians" (and was the inspiration for the misguided and misleading "Left Behind" book series), it is merely a fantasy and myth.
The "rapture" myth misleads people to think they will collectively be "beamed up" by God, magically, out of this "evil" world to their heavenly reward. But that idea comes from one single idea Paul may have written in a letter to the Thessalonians, and the trouble is that what we find written there is not correct in certain instances. For instance, Paul thought that the "second coming of Jesus" and the "end of the world" was imminent and would come during his lifetime. But he misunderstood and was wrong on both counts, because he was not infallible. He was only human. In fact, Jesus will not come again in this world, and the world will not end as self-righteous religious zealots think it will.
Part of the problem is that certain misguided Christians have insisted that everything written in the Bible must be taken absolutely literally, and that is what has led to a lot of the misinterpretation and misunderstanding. For example, let me show you a couple of other phrases from the Bible that have contributed significantly to the "second coming" myth.
In Matthew 24:30, Jesus speaks of his "coming in the clouds," which is one of the phrases that has often been used to describe his so-called "second coming." But when he said that, he quickly added that "this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled."
In other words, this was fulfilled shortly after Jesus was crucified and while his generation was still very much alive, because not long after his death he appeared to his apostles in the spirit as the "Holy Ghost" by "coming in the clouds" ethereally. The words "coming in the clouds" were not meant literally, and they were not talking about something that will happen in the distant future. That is why Paul, who became an apostle later, sincerely believed that the "end" was imminent and felt his mission was to prepare everyone at that time for it.
The immediacy of the event is confirmed by Mark and Luke, who also wrote that "this generation shall not pass away before these things are fulfilled." That is also confirmed by John in his Book of Revelation in the very first chapter where he wrote that Jesus appeared to him in the realm of the spirit to show him "things which must shortly come to pass, for the time is at hand." (Revelations 1:1-3) Continuing on, John wrote: "Behold, he comes with clouds, and every eye shall see him." (Revelation 1:7) Again, that did come to pass when Jesus appeared as the Holy Ghost before his apostles, and every one who was there saw him. (And, by the way, that is very unique, because, as a ghost, the Christ Jesus was able to appear as a fairly material apparition before a whole group of people. Not many recently departed ghosts manage even to appear to just one loved one to reassure them of the continuation and resurrection of the spirit-soul. But even though most people who are visited by the ghost of a recently departed loved one are afraid to tells others about it, it happens far more than most people know.) Of course, John’s Book of Revelation
was written a long time after Jesus was crucified (some scholars say about 63 years later). But it must be kept in mind that John’s revelations and visions took place in the realm of the spirit, which is beyond space and time as we know it. That is why John describes things in the past as well as things far into the future (like the fall of "Babylon"), as if they were in the present. That is confirmed by the fact that John uses the same terminology as Matthew, Mark, and Luke, not only about Jesus "coming with clouds," but about the immediacy of the event.
There is much more scriptural evidence that reveals the truth that has been "hidden" from so many authorities of organized religions and sects. That's why the man-made doctrine that right-wing conservative fundamentalist Christians sell is actually based on a gross misunderstanding of divine intent. They pick and choose certain gospel phrases and see what they want to see in them to claim that their religion is superior and the only one founded by "God Himself," but they ignore clarifying phrases. Furthermore, their man-made doctrines are also based on a misunderstanding and a distorted view of Jewish scriptures in the "Old Testament."
For example, another traditional Christian belief is that the Prophet Isaiah was referring to Jesus when he wrote the following:
"Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delights. I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgement to the Gentiles. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street." (Isaiah 42:1-2)
Many Christians believe that too speaks of Jesus because one sentence in the book of Matthew claims it does. But it clearly does not. That is a blatant error in the Christian gospels, and it is not the only one.
The truth is that Isaiah clearly speaks of God's servant, and the fact is that Jesus did rise up as a teacher-orator. He did cry out to make his voice heard on many occasions, and he certainly did cause his voice to be heard in the street.
After all, even Matthew 4:25 states: "Great multitudes followed Him, from Galilee, and from Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan." Matthew 13:14 states: "Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns." Luke 14:25 states that: "Great multitudes went with him, and he turned to them and said..." Those are but a few parts of the real story of Jesus that make it very clear that he spoke to the multitudes who followed him during his travels on foot, on the roads and streets. That means Isaiah 42:1-2 was not about Jesus, but about the current son of man.
Unlike Jesus, the current servant of God -- the son of man and the messenger for the Spirit of truth -- does not rise up, and he does not cause his voice to be heard as an orator in public. He fulfills Judaic prophecies that Jesus did not.
Ironically, the Christ Jesus knew the truth even though his original apostles or later followers apparently did not. That is why Jesus warned us of false prophets and hypocrites who would preach the doctrines of men, claim to know the Christ, and claim to do many wonderful works in the name of the Lord.
That is why the Christ Jesus foretold the coming of this son of man and predicted I would "first suffer many things and be rejected by his generation," because Jesus knew the prophesies of the prior Jewish prophets, particularly Isaiah.
Isaiah foresaw that the "witness and servant of God" (Isaiah 43:10-11) would "carry the grief and bear the sorrow" of the people, and be "esteemed as stricken of God and afflicted." (Isaiah 53:4) And in instances like that, Isaiah was referring not to Jesus, but to the current messenger. (See also the pages titled Christians Divided, The Martyrdom of Jesus, and The Plant of Renown, which help to explain that.)
That follows what Isaiah had written earlier: "Behold, I have refined you, but not with silver; I have chosen you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake will I do it" ... "and I will not give my glory to another." (Isaiah 48:10-11)
Then later Isaiah wrote: "For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him that is of a contrite and humbled spirit; to revive the spirit of the humble [and meek], and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always angry. For the iniquity of his covetousness was I angry, and struck him. I hid me, and was angry, and he went on willfully in the ways of his heart. [But] I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners." ... "I will heal him." (Isaiah 57:15-21)
That is one of the reasons why this current messenger of God is a contrite, prodigal son of man. And fortunately, God will comfort those who mourn for me because they realize the extent of my suffering. I fear, however, that God will not heal me until the vast majority of human beings on the face of the earth get the message, and understand it. I fear that I will continue suffering "for the iniquity of my people," as Isaiah put it, and that my suffering may increase with the suffering of growing numbers of human beings, until then.
That is why I make it very clear that I am God's faithful servant, and that he I am not the Savior, but only a messenger for the Lord God, the true Savior, and for the Spirit of truth. That is why I emphasize that I seek not to rule you, but to liberate you from all those who want to rule over you. And that is why I implore you to help others get the message, so we can get the religious zealots to stop fighting and killing each other, and get our governments to treat the poor and the least of our brethren as they would treat the Lord. For as you do unto them, you do unto me, and the Lord God who I serve.
Please understand why Jesus said that "even though I have many things more to say, humanity is not yet ready to hear or bear them." Please understand why Jesus said he "must go away and be seen no more," and there would be one to come at the end of the age who would first suffer many things and be rejected, but would guide humanity unto all truth, issue judgment, show you things to come, glorify the Christ Jesus for what he really was, and declare and deliver the true testimony of the Christ in heaven.
Jesus further confirmed that when he said he would "not judge the world," but his "words" and "testimony" ultimately will issue judgment at the end of the age. (John 12:47-48 and Revelation 19:10)
"For the writer (scribe) who is instructed into the kingdom of heaven is like the man who is a householder, and he brings forth out of his treasure things old and new." (Jesus, in Matthew 13:52)
And after long being rejected by his generation, the scribe-messenger says: "I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain. And yet surely my work is with my God." (Isaiah 49:4)
When you know the real story, it becomes clear what is actually foretold in the Bible. But of course, some right-wing Christian fundamentalists who regard themselves as expert Bible scholars will claim that such quotes are out of context and do not refer to the person who will fulfill Christian prophecy. For example, they will say the part about "working in vain and for nought" (Isaiah 49:4) was literally about Jacob and God’s "servant Israel," and not about the son of man who fulfills Judeo-Christian prophecy. But let’s consider the facts and the context. In Isaiah 49:2-5 the "speaker," the servant of God, states:
"(God) has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand has he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver has he hid me; And said unto me, You are my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified. Then I said, I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the Lord, and my work with my God. And now, says the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength." (Isaiah 49:2-5)
Contrary to what some believe, that passage does not speak literally of a person named Israel, nor of the Jewish people of Israel collectively. It speaks of a servant of God whose mouth (pen) is like a sharp sword. For as David wrote, God’s "tongue is the pen of a ready writer," and, as Paul wrote, the "weapons of the Lord are not carnal (or lethal) but mighty through God for pulling down strongholds." So, he is a writer-messenger, who is hidden in the "shadow of God’s hand," who tries to deliver the message to humanity but feels he has labored in vain because he is rejected.
Nor does Isaiah 49:2-5 speak literally of Jacob. The book of Isaiah does not tell of the life of the original, historical Jacob. That is told mostly in Genesis, the first book in the Bible. Isaiah 49:2-5 merely refers to the historical Jacob by speaking of "bringing Jacob again" to God. This is much like many other references, in both the Old and New Testaments, when historical persons were spoken of as being present in some sense, or when present persons were spoken of as having existed before, such as when Jesus said, "Before Abraham was, I am," or as when it was believed that John the Baptist was "Elias come again."
Neither does Isaiah 49:2-5 literally speak of the nation or people of Israel collectively. It states that even though the nation of "Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength."
God is my strength, my only strength, and I think it’s pretty clear that the reference in Isaiah 49:2-5 is to the current son of man, the servant of God who fulfills prophecy, who is afflicted, who is rejected, who is "hidden," and whose pen is like a "sharp sword." In other words, the weapons of the Lord are written words of truth. That also fits with what Jesus said about his words or testimony bringing judgment. And it fits with the following:
"Behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him." ... and he "shall be called, Sought out, a city not forsaken." (Isaiah 62:11-12)
That is important also because it mentions that the servant of God will be sought out, and will be as a "city" not forsaken, because that is consistent with the following:
"He (the son of man) that overcomes will I make as a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out. And I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God. And I will write upon him my new name." (Revelation 3:12)
So, the servant-messenger of God is hidden in the shadow of God’s hand. He sends his work before him only to be rejected. He is the "city" sought out because he is hidden even after his work is accepted and spread. Moreover, he serves the Christ in the Christ’s new name, which is consistent with what is written in Isaiah 62:2. For as I explained in my previous works, the Christ now has a new name according to two prophecies, because Jesus has been given a bad name by right-wing religious hypocrites who "work iniquity" in the name of Jesus, and also because the name Jesus Christ is used by many as a swear word. Therefore the Christ I serve has a new name, which means The Liberator.
Remember, Jesus said: "If any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, who shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive and seduce the very elect." (Matthew 24:23-24 and Mark 13:21-22)
Jesus said that not merely to warn us of imposters and false prophets, but to further confirm that he would not actually come again. He gave that warning so you would not believe anyone who says the Christ is here or there, and so you would not believe anyone who says the Christ is coming here or there. The fact is that any person who claims to be the Christ, or who is acclaimed as the Christ, is in fact a false Christ. And any person who claims that the Christ is here or there in the world, or that the Christ will be here or there in the world, does not know the truth.
As it is written, I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren that have the testimony of the Christ, and the testimony of the Christ is the spirit of prophecy.
As many religious scholars have pointed out, there are many errors in the gospels/books that were put together in the 4th Century to comprise the "New Testament' of the Christian Bible. They claim that the birth and life of Jesus fulfilled certain Jewish prophecies, and those that were not fulfilled during his "first coming" will be fulfilled when he "comes again." But the truth is that the Christ Jesus served as a new and revolutionary kind of Moshiach (Messiah) who rejected the worldly throne. He fulfilled the prophecies of the sacrificial lamb of God, and he was a great prophet who foretold of the coming of the next son of man, the bridegroom lamb of God.
Because I say such things, some who claim to be Christian authorities accuse me of denigrating Jesus and trying to destroy Christianity, but that is simply not true. In fact, to fulfill real Christian prophecy, the messenger for the Spirit of truth glorifies the Christ Jesus for what he really was, not an idol to worship, but a Christ and Avatar, a sacrificial lamb of God, and one of the greatest servants of God there has ever been. I simply dispel the myths about Jesus, and expose the false doctrine of preeminence and superiority that distorted Christianity into a religion of military empires. And the truth will reform Christianity so that it becomes what it was meant to be.
It is not at all surprising that egocentric, proud, militant right-wing Jews, Christians and Muslims believe that their Messiah-King or Christ or Imam Mahdi will come in person as an Almighty Warlord-King to bring victory only to them by vanquishing all their "godless" enemies. It’s easy to see why they would want to believe that, but they are wrong. I’m sorry to have to say it, but the fact is that those who believe such a thing actually believe in a false god, concocted by their leaders in their own image. They do not realize that the idea of an Almighty God- Superman was created by patriarchs who wanted others to fear their God. But while that’s understandable, they have been misled, and they are as the blind led by the blind.
Much more scriptural evidence is presented in the books. But, as Jesus prophesied, many of those on the so-called "Christian" Right reject the truth and call it a lie. It will be very difficult for them to overcome their egocentric denial, and they may still reject it for some time.
They claim that this messenger takes pieces of scripture out of context to fabricate a false scenario. The truth, however, is that it is they, the false prophets and blind shepherds on the Religious Right, who focus on certain pieces of scripture to justify themselves, and they ignore all the scriptures in both the old and new testaments which do not support their false, man-made doctrine. They pick and choose specific words to justify their pride, bigotry, militancy and imposing offensiveness, and thus they are very much like the self-righteous, bigoted, right-wing militant false shepherds who claim to be Jews or Muslims.
Eventually and ultimately, though, the message from the Spirit of truth will render them powerless and contrite, because it will thoroughly expose their errors. It will reconcile Christians with Jews and Muslims, and with Buddhists and Hindus and all others. For the message is designed not to condemn, but to educate; not to punish, but to correct; and not to destroy, but to save.
By dispelling myths, exposing false beliefs and bad leadership, and revealing how the people can liberate and govern ourselves, the message from the Spirit of truth will improve the human condition for all the people of the world, regardless of their religion, nationality, race, culture, or financial status, for we are all equal in the sight of God. You have but to refuse to be misled and divided any longer, declare your freedom and independence, and establish good government at long last, as I have shown you how to do.
As Lao Tsu wrote in the Book of Tao: "When the best leader's work is accomplished, the people will say, We did it ourselves."
That's what it's all about. The messenger leads only by showing the way. That's why he writes anonymously. For it is, after all, the truth, and nothing but the truth, that shall set us free.
